There are so many reasons why it’s a great idea to buy in season! From reduced prices, to fresh and nutrient rich fruits and vegetables. But how do you know what is in season?

As promised, I have included a South African list of all the fruits and vegetables of each season. So next time you go shopping, keep an eye out for some of your favourites!
